I had a good day today

I had a good day today... not every day is good. But today was.
It started around 7:45 when mummy popped in her head to say goodmorning and to tell me she was going to school. This was exciting as it meant I had another 2 or so hours to sleep! Then the phone rang around 9am, I decided to let the answering machine answer it, and I was excited because I had another hour to sleep! Then at 10am my wonderful alarm went off (HN - My Girl). I finished reading my book then, which was good - great book (Even Now - Karen Kingsbury).

I got ready for uni, watched my favourite morning show.. (channel 7 - 8 Simple Rules), then headed to uni at 11:25. I got to uni early and got a parking spot!!! As I was walking to class I was thinking what a lovely day it was and thanked God for it, it put me in a happy mood for class.

I got to class and it was pretty good. I got a message from Bess saying she was good which made me happy :-) I then had fruit salad for lunch, which made me feel healthy :-) My second class was great! I had a great time, and the 2 hours passed so quickly!
After class I got back to my car and realised I had left my sunglasses in the room. After a little deliberation I decided I'd go back to get them. When I got there I discovered there was a class in there, so I went to see my lecturer and he praised me for participating in class and I was really chuffed :-) I then got my sunnies back! YAY!

When I got home I had 30 mins or so before I started teaching, this went really slowly which was nice :-) Teaching was also good, I think my students are all progressing :-).

There was a little sad news, the mum of some kids from my mum's school (and where I teach) died today. It is very sad.

But I can still look back on today and say thankyou and yay for it being pretty good on the whole.
